Our Control Panels are built to the highest quality standards. All our panels are designed and built with ease of installation and maintenance in mind, regardless to the size. All components are labeled and enough room is left for conduit and pipe entrances.

The panel's electrical schematics are delivered with a detailed description of all components, manufacturer's part numbers and quantity used. This is helpful when generating a spare parts list. A set of external wiring schematics are also provided for the electrical installers use.

Before shipment, each panel is subject to our thorough standard testing procedures:

	Electrical and pneumatic components are tested for functionality
	Point to point I/O checkout and simulation of analog loops
	PLC and SCADA products are simulated
	PID controllers and other instrumentation (chart recorders, PH controllers, etc.) are pre-programmed for their specific duties and tested for functionality
	Complete documentation of finished product is logged, including parameter settings, as-built schematics and bill of materials

We can provide panels with full engineering services or build them to your specifications and schematics.
